Centura Associates is a full service architectural group located in South Central Pennsylvania that is driven to provide superior service to the business and church community. The organization is comprised of three principals that work together to provide unparalleled service to each and every client through solid, practical, and creative solutions to the ever-changing demands in the business and church community.

Richard A. Fogal | partner
Richard is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has spent his entire career path in the construction industry, with early positions at a general construction firm and a district manager with a major pre-engineered metal building manufacturer.  In 1978, Richard opened the Centura office in Chambersburg, PA and has devoted his efforts to providing sound, creative, value-based services to over 300 church and church-related projects throughout the Northeast as well as other commercial and institutional projects over the years.  Richard administrates the marketing program and serves clients with design, master planning, and project administration functions of the organization.

William M. Oberdorf, Jr. AIA | partner
Bill studied architecture and civil engineering at Pennsylvania State University and received his architectural certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1969.  Bill is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland and has experience in all phases of commercial, institutional, religious architecture, and city planning.  In addition to his many varied accomplishments, Bill has spent over 30 years at Centura, serving clients with solid, practical architecture and engineering services.  Bill also heads up the structural, mechanical, and electrical design for all projects.

David M. Molino, AIA | partner
David received his degree in architectural technology in 1972 and has over 40 years experience in the construction industry.  His architectural internship included practice under the supervision of William Oberdorf, R.A., as well as practical field experience through ownership in a general construction firm serving North Central Pennsylvania.  David joined the Centura team in 1983 and received his Certificate to Practice Architecture in 1993.  He is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia and is involved in the design and project administration of various religious and commercial projects, with special emphasis on auto dealerships.
